Midcentury modern home, freshly remodeled, 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 full bathrooms (2 master suites). Newly renovated, large pebble tech swimming pool in one of Palm Springs famous midcentury neighborhoods. Step into the vast back yard and you'll feel like you are in your own private resort. Hammocks, fire pit, sun deck, outdoor grill and dining, multiple lounge areas.

4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with beautiful pool and resort-like back yard!

You'll love the large open concept Living room/Dining room/Kitchen area overlooking the vast backyard and pool. There is a gas fireplace in the living room with a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating. The dining table can expand to seat 8.

Two master suites, one on the south wing of the home and three additional bedrooms with the second master, on the north wing of the home. Great central Palm Springs location near shopping and restaurants with an all-new interior. Perfect for extended families and groups of friends. Not a party house but an ideal getaway for relaxing vacations.

The home can host 8 adults but is most comfortable for 6 adults and 2 additional children.

Outdoors has plenty of covered patio space with lounge furniture, ceiling fans, and outdoor dining plus a raised wooden deck with a fire feature, and pool loungers for sunning. There is even a patch of real grass to cool your feet!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles and street parking is free.

Other things to note
**During summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.

This home is a smoke-free and no-animal property.

The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must provide copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract).
