For old home lovers: enjoy a private guest suite in our farmhouse. Open fields offer beautiful views. Relax in a quiet rural setting among firs & fruit trees in our orchard. Visit vineyards & craft breweries in surrounding Cambridge Valley. Centrally located for easy day-trips: Saratoga, Albany, Bennington & more - vibrant art & ag communities; 15 mins to WaCo Fairgrounds. (Note: price includes breakfast items: oatmeal, fruit, yogurt - no full kitchen; We live back of house, Airbnb up front.)

The space
We have 13 acres, mostly open fields where we are planting fruit and nut trees, and berry crops. Rooms are country cozy, with modern touches. It's an old home so there are creaks and cracks but lots of comfort & character too. Our farm stay is meant to be a quiet respite from the usual day-to-day. No TV but Wifi. Guest access
The front of the home is for guests, we live at the back. It's a large house so there is extra space between each living quarter, plus privacy measures in place to allow comfort and quiet for guests. You have your own private entrance, bathroom and accommodations.

Other things to note
There is a shared driveway with designated parking in the rear, but your own private entrance at the front of the home, complete with porch swing. We are out of the way when guests are here as much as possible, but happy to be of assistance when needed or meet if desired. You may see us working in the fields or walking the dog, but the property is yours to roam and enjoy - stick to the mowed areas and we can provide further details when you arrive. There is a map in the welcome binder. We can also assist with fire pit set up and usually leave wood/fire starter out if weather looks good.

Rural area with rolling hills, fields all around the house & some forest too (trails in development); Guests are free to walk around our 10+ acre property; Short drive to a local farm store, Mexican restaurant, wineries and library. Several towns (Cambridge, Greenwich, Schylerville) are each a 15 min. drive -- with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, bookstore, breweries with live music, art galleries & antique shops.
