The apartment is located above our cocktail lounge in Battle Ground. There is one set up stairs to reach the main floor of the apartment and then one more set of stairs to reach the top floor of the apartment.

Top Floor: Washer and Dryer - 2 bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms

Other things to note
The Savvy Sipper is our cocktail lounge located on the ground floor of the building - we operate the restaurant ourselves and are open Wed-Saturday in the evening so any response from may be slightly delayed during those times depending on how busy the restaurant is. We do have live jazz or lounge singers on select nights, but we keep the volume appropriate for our smaller restaurant space and performances are always done by 9 pm at the latest.
