This architect designed house sitting on the banks of the stunning and wild Huon River highlights a unique concrete wall construction, is designed to maximise the gorgeous views and has double doors that open to decks and the outside. The house is fully insulated and double glazed, it has a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory, dining area and formal lounge. There are plenty of lovely outside areas to sit and relax in, including one with a BBQ and outdoor fire pit.

The main house has 2 bedrooms (with queen size beds) both with ensuites. The bungalow attached to the garage can accommodate another couple, it has a queen size bed and deck with a view of the river. There is a 3rd toilet in the main house.
This property is not suitable for children
With the prior approval of the owners guests may be able to use the small dinghy and sea kayaks – given the changing conditions that can be experienced on the river guests would need to be able to demonstrate prior experience of using this type of equipment and be confident in dealing with river current and changing wind conditions.
