A well appointed two bedroom apartment, located at street level, above owners 1885 property. Park directly outside and step inside, relax & recharge.
Only a short walk or bike into the fabulous deco city. Well known for its amazing architecture, mediterranean climate, cycle trails, cafes, restaurants, wines & shops

The space
This is a self-contained apartment is street level, and above the owner’s original home.
Step through the entrance to lounge area, a separate kitchen, dining area and bathroom with shower and claw foot bath. On this level is the master bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs is a loft bedroom (low ceilings), also with a queen bed. Note: no door at top of stairs, is not suitable for young children

Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance, to a well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is up stairs, in a loft with low ceilings. There is a small outside balcony with stunning views, to enjoy the morning sun, above a small lawn area. Here there is a washing line, if needed and rubbish/recycling is behind the letter box, beside the garage. Below the apartment is the owners private residence.
Brewster/Clyde ramp leads directly down to the city. Guest parking available on street, directly outside apartment. Secure bike parking is available on request.

Other things to note
This property has some of the most spectacular views in Hawke's Bay, from both lounge, dining, bedroom and balcony areas. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to Tui's and Bellbirds, while watching out for the Keruru and Fantails.
