The space
We have 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is located at the 1st floor. All 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower). We have 1 full common bathroom on the 1st floor and a separate toilet and shower area at the basement thru the pool access.
Our beds have complete beddings and linens but with flat sheet only, no blanket.

Our swimming pool is 5ft deep, and jacuzzi is 3ft. The use of jacuzzi and water falls are free for unlimited use but with an interval of 2-hour rest for every 1-hour usage.

Guest access
Our receiving area has a couch for 3 pax and a center table.

Our dining area has a long table for 16-18 pax seating, and an additional table seating at the pool deck for 8-12 pax. We have 2 6ft tables and 20 extra chairs available for additional use.

Our kitchen is equipped with essential equipment and appliances such as basic pans and pots, gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, coffee maker, cooking tools and dining utensils. All kitchen equipment is free to use but we have a surcharge for LPG use which is 500php for 22 hours and this includes the use of the griller.

No corkage fees.
Food deliveries are allowed.
In-house alcohol menu is available.

Other things to note
We have 2 covered carport garage and street parking is also available.

We have applicable surcharges as follows:
₱500 for use of LPG tank and griller with charcoal (22 hours)
(We apply a minimal surcharge for LPG and griller use since other guests do not cook during their stay)
₱1,000 per additional guest exceeding confirmed package capacity
₱1,000 per additional hour exceeding confirmed package duration

Payment for surcharges may be added to your Airbnb rate, settled upon check-in, or deducted from your security deposit -- whichever you prefer.

We require a Security Deposit of ₱3,000 upon check-in -- refundable upon check-out depending on additional fees that the group may be charged with, such as but not limited to: surcharges for LPG use, additional guest/s, additional hour/s, and penalties with regards to house rules.
