Our listing is for 15 adult pax only but we can accommodate up to 35 pax with surcharge.

The space
Our reservations are for exclusive use of the private resort and includes all amenities in the property.

We have 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is located at the 1st floor and is PWD/Senior-friendly. All guest bedrooms have private bathrooms (toilet and shower). We have 1 full common bathroom on the 1st floor perfect for guests' visitors. We also have a separate toilet and shower area at the back area thru the pool access. Our beds have complete beddings and linens but with flatsheet only, no blanket. Please bring your own towels and toiletries.

Our swimming pool is 5ft deep, and jacuzzi is 3ft. The use of jacuzzi is free for unlimited use but with an interval of 2-hour rest for every 1-hour usage.

Our pool deck serves as a lounge area for those who are swimming on the ground floor.

Our view deck with balcony located on the 2nd floor is a lounge area for those who want to relax with the view of Mt. Makiling, and those who want to enjoy our arcade. We also have a dining table in this area for those who want to work with a view.

Our dining area has a long wooden table for up to 12-16 pax seating. We have 4 6ft tables and 22 chairs available for use. We have Smart TV (Netflix-ready), Platinum Karaoke, and Wi-Fi Service in this area -- all of which are free for unlimited use.

Our kitchen is equipped with essential equipment and appliances such as basic pans and pots, double-burner gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, coffee maker, cooking tools and dining utensils. All kitchen tools and equipment are free to use but we have a surcharge for LPG use which is 500php for 22 hours and this includes the use of the griller. We don't have corkage fees and food deliveries are allowed. We also have an in-house alcohol menu available.

We have 3 covered carport slots and street parking is also available.

Our suggested sleeping capacity can accommodate 20-25 pax comfortably but maximum of up to 35 pax.

Other things to note
Payment for surcharges may be added to your Airbnb rate, settled upon check-in, or deducted from your security deposit -- whichever you prefer.

We require a Security Deposit of ₱3,000 upon check-in -- refundable upon check-out depending on additional fees that the group may be charged with, such as but not limited to: surcharges for LPG use, additional guest/s, additional hour/s, and penalties with regards to house rules.
