The space
This owner/family-run homestay promises to be a comfortable and hassle-free homestay. Our facilities include:

* A balcony with an awesome view facing the Lost World theme park, where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the park from the comfort of your own space.
* Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with water heaters to ensure a warm and comfortable stay.
* Sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, with two queen-sized beds and two single beds.
* High-speed internet and television to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.
* All rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and fans for your comfort.
* Conveniences such as a refrigerator, water filter, microwave, kettle, and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
* Free indoor car parking is available for our guests.

* We kindly ask that guests keep noise levels down during certain hours to respect the neighborhood.
* In order to keep the homestay fresh and clean, smoking is not permitted inside the homestay
* Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or animals inside the homestay.
* To keep the environment clean, please use the provided trash and recycling bins properly and dispose of your waste accordingly
* In case any damages or breakages occur during your stay, please kindly inform the host.

We also encourage our guests to be mindful of their environmental impact and to take steps to reduce waste during their stay.
