Other things to note
If you are bringing boat, I need copy of insurance showing $300K liability and adding Laguna Nueva CDM as additional insured HOA) Please note: Davis dam has a release schedule for water and our marina DOES have a sandbar that blocks our river access most mornings :( BUT there are many other boat ramps in the area and you can leave the boat in the garage at night. It seems the water is released MOST days between 1 and 5 PM thru midnight. See the Davis Dam release schedule online.
Location is across the river from Laughlin, NV and uner 2 hours drive to Las vegas and close to the Grand Canyon.

I Love my 58 Chevy Impala and hanging at car shows with friends! I'm working on working out and being healthier! I've had a lot of wonderful experiences in my life, my traveling sales business (semi-retired), traveling to Mexico and around the US with friends, rode motorcycles in my youth, Golf poorly when I can. I LOVE the Water and just hanging by the River relaxing! Love my 2 kitties as they are my Kids....
