If your party includes more than six adults, please provide the full names and copies of IDs for the two additional adults. The two guests who present IDs will check in separately from the main group. Do not inform the concierge that your group exceeds six adults to avoid potential check-in complications. Additionally my staff will call you for more detailed check-in information.
If your group consists of eight adults, check-in cannot be completed all at once; however, rest assured that everyone will be able to check in smoothly with proper coordination at arrival.
For last-minute or same-day bookings, please send the full names of all guests checking in before 8:00 PM to enable endorsement emails to the admin; otherwise entry will be restricted as the admin office will be closed.
Upon check-in, a deposit of PHP 1,000 is required for the RFID card used for elevator access. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the RFID cards.
Living Room: Sophisticated modern interiors with a 55-inch TV featuring Netflix, Disney Plus and HBO go, as well as high-speed 200mbps fiber WiFi and Fully aircoditioned.
Kitchen and Dining Area: Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, exhaust, oven, microwave, fridge, complete cooking wares and utensils. Wine glasses are also available for your convenience.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with a work station, a 50-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube Premium, a chair with a footrest, and an amazing view of the Uptown Mall fountain.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and single bed.
Bedroom 3: Maids room converted into a 3rd room with bunk bed, a small bathroom with hot and cold shower, and a washer. No aircon, just a fan.

**Pool**
This unit allows three guests to use the pool for free, including children aged two and under. For additional guests, a fee of 500 applies, with a maximum of six people permitted to swim in total. To ensure a smooth experience, please notify us in advance if you plan to use the pool and provide a list of all guests swimming along with their names and ages. The pool is open to Airbnb guests from Tuesday to Friday. Pool not available to all the guest during Holidays. Thank you!
Guest access
1. **Self Check-In & Check-Out:** Details will be sent to your Airbnb inbox for smooth check-in and check-out.
2. **Mid-Stay Cleaning:** Includes replacement of fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Available upon request.
3. **Parking:** Basement pay parking is available at the building. There are also parking spaces at Uptown BGC Mall, just beside the building, and at other nearby locations such as Uptown Parade or Mitsukoshi Mall.
4. **Pool Access:** Free use of the pool for up to 3 guests. An extra fee of P500 per head applies for additional guests. Note that the pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Pool not available to all the guest during Holidays and Weekends.
5. **Guest Access:** You will have the entire place to yourselves.
6. gym is exclusively for tenants and units owners only
