The space
Located in the residential area between Pereybere and Grand Baie, near Lux Grand Baie & Navani Villas. The villa has been built in 2011 and partly renovated in 2017.

All Mauritius essential are close by and walking distance. Beach 500m away and Grand Baie restaurants and night life 2km.

The bedrooms have both a pool and garden view. The master bedroom has a double queen bed of 1.8m wide x 2m long, whilst the other room have two single beds of 900mm wide x 2m long which makes up a double queen bed if combined together. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have their in suite bathrooms (with shower).

The lounge has a large sofa, two sittings chairs and furniture from recycled wood from Bali. Cable TV and Netflix is available as well as free internet and WIFI.

The American style kitchen and dining are are fully equipped with a fridge, built in oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and all related kitchen equipments. The dining table provides six table sittings.

The main garden is surrounded with beautiful palm and coconut trees and there is a 6m lap pool. The garden includes two sunbeds and two lazy chairs. There is also a timber thatch kiosk (gazebo) under which ones can relax on a 2m x 2m wide mattress.
