The Oleander Cottage is located in the South Oleander neighborhood on a quiet street off any main thoroughfares. The home has been newly remodeled inside and out. It is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom guest house with a detached laundry room/storage space. The entire yard is gated and the gravel yard allows for a car to be pulled in and parked off the alley. It’s the perfect cottage for long term stays to Bakersfield for work or leisure.
