- Bed: The bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure.
- Bathrooms: 2 separate bathrooms; each bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, making your stay more comfortable.
- Kitchen: Electric stove with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave oven, and a supply of pots, dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is also a refrigerator and furniture to store the food and drinks you need during your stay and, of course, the coffee maker, essential for preparing and drinking our delicious Colombian coffee.
- Water heater: Excellent for those who prefer to shower with hot water.

Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to the following areas of the property:
- The entire 1-bedroom apartment, including living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, and balcony.
- Pool Access: Take a refreshing dip in the building's pool, perfect for hot days or a relaxing afternoon from 10 am to 7 pm. Available every day except the first business day of the week.
- Gym: Continue your exercise routine in the building's gym from 5 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 9 pm.
- Coworking: To attend to your business and work activities during your stay, you can use the coworking room from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Washing-drying machines: If you require this service during your stay, you can use the equipment, paying the cost established by the building's Administration for this service from 8 am to 9 pm. Available every day except the first business day of the week.
- Rooftop access: Enjoy exclusive access to the building's rooftop on the 18th floor (open from 9 am to 6 pm). It's the perfect place to watch the sunset and admire the stunning ocean and surrounding views. It's a space shared with other residents and guests in the building. Please be respectful of others and keep noise levels appropriate.
- BBQ: Open with two schedules from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Reservations are required to use the BBQ. There is a $60,000 fee for cleaning and maintenance, and the date and time must be specified.
- JACUZZIS: Open from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. They must be booked in advance and are for two (2) hours of use. Each Jacuzzi has a capacity for five (5) people.
