Our spacious, modern and family-friendly apartment with 78 m² is located on the 4th floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR) of a centrally located apartment building in Oberammergau. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

The space
The highlight of the apartment is the open spacious living room with dining area and access to the balcony, where you can relax wonderfully with an excellent view of the mountains and the town of Oberammergau.

When entering the apartment, on the left side is our small but well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for everyday needs.

The living room straight ahead offers a flat-screen TV 55, there is also a Blu-ray device on site and in the drawer in the TV cabinet there is a small selection of DVDs.

From the living room you go to the gallery with a somewhat narrow and steep staircase. Here you will find 2 more sleeping places. In addition, the gallery is a popular playground for children. A children's table and chairs are also available here.

On the left side of the living room is another separate children's room with a single bed, where a second bed can be pulled out and a toddler bed can be provided. We also thought of a few toys. (0-2 years)

You can reach the double bedroom if you go to the right when entering the apartment and look straight ahead to the left. This also provides access to the balcony.

The very right room is the cozy, simple single bed bedroom with 2 sleeping places. These can of course be pushed together to form a double bed.
In these two bedrooms there are also wardrobes and a dresser so that you can spread out and feel at home.

The bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet is located to the right of the entrance door.

In addition, there is a washer/dryer in the hallway that can be used. Opposite are shoe racks/storage boxes for storing your personal belongings. There is also detergent and an iron in here.

In the house downstairs and in front of the street there is a Greek restaurant "Bistro Thessaloniki". This is open daily except Tuesdays from 5 pm - 10 pm.

Within walking distance you can reach the center with the Passion Play House. About 20 m from the house are hiking and biking trails and in winter cross-country trails along the small river Ammer. The Kolbenbergbahn/ski lifts are about 500 m away. Close to shopping such as LIDL, Edeka, Müller drugstore, various restaurants, ski and sports equipment rental.

If you arrive with children, we ask you to indicate the age of your children so that the children's room can be prepared accordingly and the invoice can be adjusted.
