Spacious, newly renovated holiday apartment for families and groups of up to 8 people. Three bedrooms, open loft with two single beds, cozy living/dining area, balcony with mountain views and fully equipped kitchen. The center, hiking trails and ski lifts are within easy reach. Welcome to our freshly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment in Oberammergau!

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families, friendly couples or smaller groups. Thanks to the spacious layout, even 8 adults can sleep comfortably. However, for the highest level of comfort, we recommend occupancy by 4–6 adults or families with children.

The heart of the apartment is the bright, open living and dining area with direct access to the balcony. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the town of Oberammergau – the perfect place to wind down from the day.

The well-equipped kitchen is located right next to the living area. Here you will find everything you need to prepare your meals.

The bedrooms

The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable 1.80 m wide double bed.

In addition, there are two single beds on the open gallery (mezzanine) above the living room, so that a total of up to eight sleeping places are available.

Important note on room height:
Both the gallery and one of the bedrooms are located under the roof and, due to the sloping roof, sometimes have limited headroom. The rooms are fully usable and offer comfortable sleeping spaces, but are particularly suitable for children, teenagers or adults who are young at heart. We want to make sure that you know exactly what to expect before your arrival.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom has been freshly renovated and has a spacious, walk-in shower, a double vanity unit and a toilet. It has no window, but is equipped with powerful ventilation.

Please note that the apartment has a bathroom and no separate guest toilet.

Other amenities

In the hallway there is a washer/dryer unit at your disposal. You will also find ample storage space for shoes and personal belongings as well as an iron and washing detergent.

Location

On the ground floor of the house is the Greek restaurant Bistro Thessaloniki, which is open every day (except Tuesdays) from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

You can easily reach the center of Oberammergau with the Passionsspielhaus in a few minutes on foot. Hiking and cycling trails start practically right outside the front door along the Ammer. In winter, cross-country trails run here. The Kolbenbergbahn with ski lifts is only about 500 meters away. Shops such as Lidl, Edeka and Müller as well as restaurants, cafes and ski or sports equipment rentals are also very close.

Great to know

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
- There is a reserved parking space available in the courtyard for your vehicle. The access is a bit narrow, and maneuvering can be a bit challenging depending on the size of the vehicle.
- The entire apartment has been freshly renovated and newly furnished, so you can enjoy modern living comfort in a cozy atmosphere.
