This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Kick back and relax in this completely self-sustainable tropical cottage with breathtaking ocean views. This newly constructed 2-bedroom cottage offers all modern amenities, while keeping it globally sustainable or "eco friendly". Harnessing the power of the sun, the cottage runs off of solar panels with battery backup power so you'll never be without power, even if the rest of the island is.
So, relax and enjoy your stay knowing you're helping sustain the environment at the same time!

The space
Beautiful, modern interiors tastefully decorated. Construction was completed in 2022, everything is still shiny and new. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home, maybe more ;)

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home which includes 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, a beautifully furnished living room and kitchen and a porch overlooking the ocean.

Set atop one of the highest points in the area, this tropical cottage is located in a prime location between Governor's Harbour airport and "downtown" Governor's Harbour. You'll have the best of both worlds- tranquil and serene, but still close to all Governor's Harbour has to offer- the famous Fish Fry, shops, restaurants, and 2 grocery stores.

The house is set up perfectly for a family or two couples that want to relax or explore the beauty of Eleuthera.

A beautiful stretch of beach with crystal clear waters is a short walk (5-8 minutes) or drive from the house.
