Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Live like royalty in this palatial apartment with views of Eggemoggin Reach. The former meeting hall of the 1895 Oddfellows Hall has been transformed into a fantasy space furnished in late twentieth century Italian furniture and art.
The building is on the national register of historic landmarks, and was completely restored over the past several years. Make it your summer escape!

The space
The large room measures 40’ by 50’ with 14’ ceilings. Furnished as large multipurpose space there are multiple seating groups, a billiards table, a dining table that seats 16, and a kitchen with a vintage restored Chambers gas stove. Huge restored double hung windows afford views of the Reach and surroundings landscape form this third floor Aerie.

There are two bedrooms, one a primary, with a European King bronze bed designed by Osvaldo Borsani with Missoni linens. The other, a sitting room measuring 12’ by 18’ with 15’ ceilings. This room has an incredibly comfortable queen sleep sofa designed by Ligne Rosset and two king size bunks accessible by a ladder. Both bedrooms share a wood paneled bath with generous shower.

The kitchen extends the length of one wall with custom painted wood cabinets with Deer Isle granite counters and a vintage laboratory sink. There is an extensive collection of dinnerware, glassware, and flatware and plenty of cookware and utensils to prepare a feast. In the back yard there is a picnic table and gas grill for outdoor dining.

For entertainment there is a vintage tube Mcintosh Stereo with massive Kipschorn speakers as well as a ten foot wide projection system with Apple TV to host your own film festival. It is recommended you bring you own hdmi cord to connect any personal lap tops. The WiFi can support multiple people using zoom.

Plenty of off street parking in the buildings parking lot

This property can be combined with the second floor space to literally double the accommodations.

Guest access
The space is your to use. Make your self at home. There is a shared stair hall-but each apartment has their own locking door.

Other things to note
