Océlya is a fully renovated 40 m² T2, designed as a small cocoon combining elegance, comfort and softness. Designed for stays for two or with family, it combines modern services and a warm atmosphere in a peaceful environment.

The living room bathed in light opens onto a cozy living space, with a quality sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, Netflix subscription, fiber Wi-Fi connection, and a steam fireplace that brings a touch of charm and relaxation.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and accessories. We also provide coffee as well as basic cooking necessities.

The bedroom, carefully decorated in natural tones, offers comfortable bedding, a second 43" TV, soft mood lights and decorative details that invite serenity. There is also convenient storage for your belongings.

The bathroom has a large jet bath shower, ideal for a moment of well-being after the beach or a walk. A washing machine is also available, convenient for stays of several days. For your comfort, we provide bed sheets, towels and essentials: soap, shower gel and shampoo.

Outside, you can enjoy a private garden of 24 m² facing south, fully enclosed and unobstructed. The terrace is equipped with a table, comfortable seating, a chaise longue to lie in the sun and a barbecue for your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
