This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Modern, affordable treetop villa with incredible ocean and coastline views. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic adventure retreat. Enjoy a full kitchen and large private balcony, ideal for morning coffee, birdwatching, and checking the waves below. Located just 1 km above the famous beaches of Santa Teresa and Playa Carmen. Private, peaceful, and equipped with very fast Wi-Fi for when you need to connect.

Guest access
The entire villa is exclusively yours. While there are neighboring villas, each has its own private access, deck, parking space, and stunning views, so you’ll still enjoy plenty of privacy.

Most guests rent a small 4x4, but we can also arrange ATV rentals delivered upon arrival ($60–80 per day, depending on type and season) a fun way to explore the peninsula’s towns, beaches, restaurants, and attractions.

You can also walk to town and the beaches. It’s a beautiful, shaded 12–15 minute walk down, and a great workout on the way back up. Many guests happily make the trek daily!

4x4 rental vehicle required for the 1km
Drive up from the Main road/beach. OR we can gladly arrange rental ATV (tons of fun best way to explore all the towns on the peninsula) to be delivered upon your arrival. The weekly rate for Honda 420cc (2pp can be on) is $400 roughly depending time of year.
