From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the exceptional ceiling height and sense of openness that immediately sets this oceanfront one bedroom apart. With soaring 12 ft ceilings and expansive glass, the space feels light, airy, and elevated, a rare find in an A plus oceanfront location in Bocagrande, Cartagena.
Located on the 38th floor, you’ll enjoy ocean and city views along with a separate bedroom suite, living area, and expansive private terrace designed for slow mornings, ocean breezes, and sunset evenings. In the bedroom, motorized blackout blinds create complete darkness for deep, uninterrupted rest.
You’ll be staying in a fully serviced private residence with daily housekeeping available at extra cost, offering hotel level care while preserving the privacy and comfort of a home. The fridge is stocked with drinks, and a curated in-home menu is available for purchase.
The condo comfortably accommodates two adults, with an additional air mattress suitable for a child. An air mattress is available upon request for added flexibility.
