The space
Welcome to our apartment, a space crafted for relaxation and creating cherished memories. Thoughtfully decorated, it combines comfort with modern style.

The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances—stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer—all new and ready for your use.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with a luxurious Lago Design bed, private ensuite bathroom, and dedicated workspace for staying connected. The guest room, furnished with a cozy queen bed by Bonaldo, is equally inviting. A second, beautifully designed bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Both bathrooms, like the rest of our home, have recently been remodeled, reflecting our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction.

The living room offers a stylish Nicoline Italia sofa bed for added comfort, and the communal space is centered around a Magis dining table for six, perfect for gathering and dining.

The apartment’s highlight is the balcony, where stunning ocean views and sunsets await. A dining table for six and two classic Magis rocking chairs make this a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

To keep you connected, we provide the fastest available internet in the area, along with two 55” TVs that support popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO (note: cable TV is not included).

Our building is an intimate, eight-unit complex with a tranquil, well-maintained pool area that’s rarely crowded. Please note that the pool floor will soon be repainted, though it’s regularly cleaned each week.

For added peace of mind, we have a continuous water reserve and a portable backup generator for use during prolonged power outages (authorized operation only). The generator powers essential appliances, including the refrigerator, fans, and select lights, though it doesn’t support the stove, microwave, or hairdryer.

Please be aware that our condo is located on the second floor of a walk-up building without an elevator.

We hope you’ll enjoy a comfortable and serene stay in our apartment, where relaxation and convenience come together.

Founded in 1771 by Luis D. Añasco, the scenic town of Rincon is nestled in the Western Coastal Valley of Puerto Rico. The town is named for Don Gonzalo Rincon, who originally owned the land and allowed impoverished families to live there during the 16th century. Coincidentally, "Rincon" translates to "corner" in Spanish, a nod to the town's location at the corner of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Rincon is famous for its picturesque sunsets and miles of beaches, and is a haven for surfers of all ages and skill levels.

Home to 17,000 permanent residents, Rincon is also a popular destination for travelers, with the tourist season beginning just before Christmas and lasting until early September. Just a thirty-minute drive from the Aguadilla Borinquen Airport, Rincon is accessed by a single road with no traffic lights. The downtown area, dubbed Rincon Pueblo, serves as the administrative hub of the city.
