The early birds can enjoy the sunrise over St Barts. The soothing ocean waves and breeze is perfect for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

The space
This spacious corner apartment comes with a private deck with ocean view. The deck is the perfect spot to eat your breakfast in the morning or sip a glass of wine. If you are lucky you may spot a pod of dolphins or even whales.

The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a king bed, walk in closet and connected bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to cook a great meal. It has all the amenities including a full size refrigerator and stove, coffee maker, hot water maker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and eating and cooking utensils.

Guest access
Guests have access to the ocean side with a private man-made beach. This area has a covered gazebo, beach chairs and BBQ facilities. The perfect place to relax, have a drink and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and views of the surrounding islands.

The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The "Fairway Mark It" supermarket is conveniently located a 5 minutes drive away. Parking for a visit to Phillipsburg with the tax free shops in Front street and Great Bay beach is just on the left before the supermarket. You can do a 20 min hike to the Devil's Cupper natural pool. If you like, you can feed the iguanas next to the street or visit the natural Jacuzzi cave next to the property.

Guests have access to the ocean side with its private man-made beach. This area has covered gazebo , sun beds and BBQ facilities. Perfect place to relax have a drink and enjoy the soothing ocean waves and the view of the surrounding islands.
