Oceania Residences have four pools, two gyms, racquet, squash, basketball and lit tennis court, accessible to all our guests. Perfect for your next family getaway!

The space
1600 square feet condominium offers unobstructed views of perfect sunrise at rear and sunset from front balcony.

The Kitchen is fully equipped. All basic needs are provided; coffee, creamer, sugar, coffee filter, condiments, and seasonings.
The Master Bedroom consist of a comfy King size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and an access to the balcony.
The Second Bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 twin bunk bed, and a fitted closet.
The Second bathroom is at the hallway, across the laundry closet.

Inside the condo, our guests can access the living room, kitchen, laundry closet, master bedroom, walk-in closet, 2 large bathroom, and the second bedroom.

Oceania Residences is located across the famous Eagle Beach. A minute drive to IMAX Gloria Theater with a selection of restaurants such as Olive Garden, P.F. Changs, Sizzle, and Starbucks.
Close to Screaming Eagle restaurant and The Clover Coffee/minimarket. About five minutes drive to Alhambra Shopping mall where you can find Juan Valdez coffee bar, Dunkin Donuts, and Hungry Piranha for a quick snacks. In here you will also find Fusion restaurant, Santos coffee place, and The Market.
In less than 10 minutes, you can reach the one stop shop Superfood Supermarket as they have Jack's Café, Daily Fish, Pharmacy, Liquor Store, and a large grocery store.
