You can get Charter Boats to Icacos and Palomino islands and do snorkeling. 5 min away from beaches and Top Restaurant in the island as well as the Unique Bioluminescent Bay Night Kayak Tour Experience. 20-30 minute ride from El Yunque Rainforest and Ceiba Ferry which takes you to the world-famous Flamenco Beach located in Culebra Island. Zipline, Horseback riding, ATV riding, Jet Skis, Luquillo Kiosks, Supermarkets. The best stay!

The space
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two 1/2 bathrooms, terrace, patio, board games, laundry, desk to work, Netflix app, 50'' TV and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has an adult pool and a children's pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground with swings and more.

Guest access
Is a gated community with security. Safe to walk around and in the facilities. You will have access to the community pool, tennis court, basketball 1/2 court and volleyball court. Toilets and showers in the communal area. Kids park. Parking for 1 car and free parking on premises for additional car.

The Villa was renovated recently, including brand new bathrooms and gazebo, and is located in the heart of the marina area in Fajardo. 45 min - 1 hour from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and 1 - 1:15 hour from the Old San Juan.

In case the water service is interrupted in the apartment we have a water cistern. If the water supply runs out the guest would have to wait for the water service to return in order to have water in the apartment.

It is rare for this to happen but in Puerto Rico there are sometimes load reliefs by the electric company which causes there to be no electricity at times. We do not have a power plant on site. There are lanterns for lighting.
