Enjoy our beautiful soundproof apartment, ideally located 10 minutes from the Airport and 600 meters from one of the most exclusive beaches in the city.

Relax with all the comforts and amenities you need for a memorable stay. Everything is practically new, designed for your comfort.

Supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies are within walking distance.

You will also have easy access to public transportation (bus stop in front of the building)

The space
Our apartment, with soundproofed windows, thermal insulation, and two complete bathrooms, is located on the fifth floor with easy access via an elevator.

You will be staying in a building with few apartments, guaranteeing a quiet and private atmosphere, even during the high season.

We have adapted it so that 5 people (including children) can rest comfortably
It has Air conditioning and additional fan (in the social area), you can also contemplate beautiful partial sea and mountain views.

* ROOM:
-You will have a Queen (extradoble) bed with luxury mattress and ergonomic pillows, of which a half-bed (nido) will be spread out at the bottom (it will be available according to the number of guests).
-You will have access to our 40"Smart TV which includes access to a free NETFLIX account and basic network of local and international channels.
-You sleep placidly with our European anti-noise windows

* SOCIAL AREA: Our modern and comfortable Sofa bed of 3 stalls will be double-bed at the time of extending

* BATHROOMS: We have two full bathrooms with shower (hot water) and basic amenities, which is a plus if you are traveling as a family or with friends.

* KITCHEN: It is equipped with everything you need to prepare what you like most and you will use virtually new appliances!

* WASHING ROOM: We have at your disposal a small room where you can use the washing machine, laundry, hang and iron your clothes.

* PARKING: If you require, the apartment counts with a free private parking space within the building.

PLEASE note THAT... The bed sets, towels and amenities will be delivered and available according to the number of guests.
If you want an extra set of bed or more towels you can request them with an additional cost.

Guest access
The building has a swimming pool, terrace, pharmacy, ATM and 24-hour surveillance.

*To enter the pool, the use of a bathing cap is mandatory. If you don't have one, you can purchase it at the front desk for $6,000.
*On Tuesdays, the pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Other things to note
* Upon entering the building, a payment of 15,000 COP per person (ages 8 and up) must be made for the entrance wristbands and use of the facilities. This amount will be paid in cash or by scanning a Bancolombia QR code and is not included in the reservation price.

* The building does NOT allow visitors. Only people registered in the reservation will be allowed to enter at check-in.

* To complete the check-in registration and the report required by the Colombian authorities (in compliance with data protection laws), a photo of the ID of each guest (including children) will be requested a few days before the reservation start date.

* Minors may only enter the apartment accompanied by at least one parent.

* If you have a service or emotional support animal, we would appreciate it if you could look for another accommodation option, as we are allergic and, due to medical recommendations, we would not be able to accommodate you.

Bello Horizonte is a very quiet area where the best Santa Marta Resorts such as Hotel Irotama and Hilton are located.
You can reach on foot in a few minutes to one of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches in the city, rent a tent on the beach so you can enjoy a wonderful day of rest and see one of the best sunsets in Colombia.

You will also have the convenience of a pharmacy and ATM on the ground floor, two supermarkets next door (ARA, D1) and a shopping center a few blocks away (Zazué), where you will find good restaurants, cafes and a premium supermarket in case you are looking for something else.

The Police Station and the whereabouts of buses are in front of the building, so you will feel safe and can easily move wherever you want.
You can also easily cross the avenue thanks to a pedestrian bridge exactly in front!
