Wonderful family home with extras such as two kayaks, paddle boards coming in May of 2021, child-size life jackets, board games, Foosball table, fishing poles, floating lily pad, boat parking on side of dock, foosball, 5G wifi, YouTube TV premium channels, 3 types of grilling, and more!

The space
This home has a wide view of Lick Branch Cove, one of the best ski and water sport coves on the lake. Off the house is a large deck, and in front of it is a concrete martini deck. From there you can visit the newly remodeled dock with a covered entertainment area, swim ladder, upper entertainment deck above the dock with a high dive! There is plenty of room for you to tie up your boat on the east side of the dock which is lined with a bumper. Also provided are two kayaks for your enjoyment. Kitchen and two living room areas plus a rec room for the kids.

We do have some storage areas locked where we keep our personal items.

Other things to note
Please note that bedroom 1 no longer has bunk beds. We need to take a new picture. We took down the bunk beds and replaced them with a queen and a twin bed on the floor next to each other with a side table between them.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are separated by a sliding door. So, if you have little ones, you can keep the door open.
Per guest request, we have put a flattop propane grill on the deck as of July 20, 2026.
