Fun and unique digs in East Nashville! Newly redecorated national park themed two story house complete with full amenities, including all linens and towels, a full kitchen, and huge outdoor hangout space. Oakwood Hill is fully integrated with smart home technology and LED lighting for ambiance, powered by super fast fiber wifi. We also provide smart televisions and a 4k projector with roku and digital channels included! Spread out and enjoy the spacious hang out space with three living rooms included (one in the master bedroom). Also includes a large private front and back patio and yard, a rarity so close to the city. The back yard provides true East Nashville hipster hangout style with electric wood pellet grill, fire pit, and yard games like corn hole and darts! Relax and enjoy the cool vibes and surrounding nature, we have everything you need covered at Oakwood Hill!

Guest access
You and your guests will enjoy the entire house during your stay. The front and back patio and yards are also private space for guests to enjoy! We do not allow guest access to the laundry room or shed.

Other things to note
Oakwood Hill is an adult only experience. No children allowed. Due to Nashville codes and permits requiring the booking guest to be 21+ we will need the booking guest to submit ID to the host prior to check-in.

Enjoy the Sunset Experience, included with your stay. Find the sunset kit in the house and trek just up the hill (.02mi) for a panoramic evening Nashville skyline sunset at Oakwood Park. We provide the chairs, blanket, and music so you can focus on making memories! Be sure to take lots of photos and leave a few too!

Neighborhood highlights

Oakwood Hill is a culturally diverse urban residential neighborhood where everyone is welcome! You will see families and friendly neighbors walking their dogs here! The neighborhood is relatively quiet and doesn't have a lot of traffic, considering that it is 3mi from the center of a major city with lots of events and construction. The property is located in the middle of a hill leading up to a city park with a Nashville skyline view, approximately 1/4mi away. You won't want to miss the sunset over music city or the spectacular panoramic view of the 4th of July fireworks!

Hey I'm Gretchen. I love traveling and using Airbnb to explore neighborhoods I wouldn't usually have been in and get a real feel of the area I'm staying in. I have lived in Nashville for 20 years and know my away around things pretty well if you have any questions. I used to work in live production in music city and my husband Dave currently tours with country music artists. I love living in Nashville because there is always something to do and there is so much beautiful nature surrounding, with endless hiking trails, rivers and greenways to explore. I live above North City Studio in my house with my husband and daughter. We also have a dog named Pepper living with us. She loves everyone.
