The space
The apartment features newer kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and newer sink, newer flooring and fresh paint, Sleeps up to 3 on a newer queen bed and a fold out full sized sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigeration, Keurig, fine china and stemware, new linens and towels, on site laundry. The bath and linens are sanitized with bleach. Unit utilities are 100% electric, so no need for a CO2 or gas detector.

Guest access
You get the whole apartment, a community barbecue, picnic table, plus access to onsite laundry facilities.

** Please inquire about sleeping more than 2 at this location. Sofa bed is not made up unless prior arrangements have been made. (housekeeping and laundry.).
*** If you need wheel chair access to the apartment, let us know, we have a portable ramp to the front door and I can send you pictures.

Other things to note
Well lit parking and entry. No keys to fumble with just type in a code and you are home! Other residents of this complex are super friendly and will look out for you if you ask them.

We already have in place cleaning and sanitizing standards that were developed by a health and safety professional with a masters degree, and numerous certifications including Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), EGLE (MDEQ), ASP, CSM and HVAC EPA Clean Air cert and 15 years experience in medical and hazardous materials.

If you would like to book please include information about you, your fellow guests and your trip. If you have positive reviews from previous hosts we don't need as much background, but if there is no review and no information in your profile it is hard for me to approve your stay in my home. I don't need much detail, but enough so that I know you will be good guests and follow house rules.

Former IT executive whose exit plan worked... Traveled a lot for business so I know what is expected for accommodations. A home experience is so much more relaxing and personal for guests over a hotel... We emphasize that we are not a hotel but we provide accommodations as if you are staying with a favorite aunt and don’t be bashful if you need something. Fortunate to have a large loving family.
