Our in-law studio is the perfect fit for guests who are looking for a simple, clean and feature-rich home with a great location at an affordable price! It is a short walk to the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, a quick bike ride to the UC Davis Medical Center and an Uber/Lyft ride will get you anywhere in midtown or downtown Sacramento in minutes. It also has easy access to HWY 50, 1-80, 1-5 and 99 freeways.

The space
Enjoy staying in this recently upgraded in-law studio. This home is the perfect size for one or two travelers looking to explore Sacramento. It has a T.V., internet access, and a full kitchen, making it a great choice whether you're in town for business or pleasure.

Guest access
Guests get a private parking spot accessible from the back alley, a private outdoor space for pets to do their business, and of course the entire private XL studio in-law unit with modern kitchen, updated bathroom, and vaulted ceilings.

Other things to note
This unit is located behind our 2 bed, 1 bath home which is located on the same property. It is likely that guests will be checked-in the front home, but there is definitely enough space where your interactions will be limited or non-existent.

The yard for this space is mostly, but not full, enclosed— so please no dogs off leash!
