Welcome to Our Home! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules during your stay:
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. A $500 fee will be charged for any smoking inside.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.
Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors by adhering to quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
No Professional Photography/Videography: Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior written permission.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. A $500 fee will be charged if a pet is brought into the home. Pet waste left behind in the yard or evidence of pets being on the furniture will result in a $250 fine per violation.
Cleanliness: Please treat our home with care and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. If extra cleaning is required, additional fees may apply.
Trash Disposal: Please follow local trash disposal guidelines and ensure all garbage is placed in the appropriate bins.
Respect the Property: No tampering with any safety or security devices, and no moving or rearranging furniture.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Please follow these times unless previously arranged.
Parking: There is 1 spot in the driveway for smaller vehicles. Please do not park on the grass.
Additional Guests: No unregistered guests are allowed. Please ensure the number of people on the reservation matches the number of people staying.
Damages and Issues: Please report any damages or issues immediately so they can be addressed promptly.
Violation of House Rules: Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
