Quality without compromise. Ease of access makes this first floor unit ideal for a quick retreat to the beautiful Pacific Coast. The Historic Nye Beach District boasts plenty of restaurants, shops, and live entertainment.

Fall and winter present the perfect time to curl up with a hot drink and enjoy the breath taking view of the ocean.
The space
Nye View has a luxurious king sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ground level patio just steps from the private beach access. When you're sipping coffee on the back patio keep an eye out for whales!
What's nearby: Within walking distance you're sure to find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you'd prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class Aquarium!
We love hosting babies, there is a pack'n'play always available at the condo, we can also provide a 2nd pack'n'play, just ask beforehand. There is also a portable AC unit for those hot summer nights.
No to-do list when you checkout! Just take your things and go.
Note: Community hot-tub & pool are located on the parking lot side of the building. They are open (10am-10pm), pool is only open during the summer, normally between Memorial - Labor day.
Guest access
We provide address, parking space information, and the code for our smart lock system on the morning of our guests stay.
One designated off-street parking space is provided for guests for the duration of their stay.
Our guests have full access to the community hot-tub and pool (from June until August).
Private beach access is offered to those staying at Pacific Crest and is located on the west side of the building (very close to the unit's back door).
A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors 9am-9pm. For your convenience, detergent pods and the laundry room key are located in the entryway hall closet.
This unit is on the first floor of a three-story building. The complex does not have an elevator. We want guests to know that they may need to use the stairs to reach the 3rd floor if 1st floor laundry is unavailable.
**NOTE** There are 116 steps down to the beach. Guests who prefer not to take the staircase are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away (around a 5-minute walk).
Other things to note
Please be sure to list all guests on your reservation. The building is home to short-term renters and long-term homeowners. We ask that guests are considerate of others in the building at all times. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
There is a no-smoking policy that applies to the entire complex. If a guest is seen smoking or vaping on property, the on-site manager will ask that they leave. Additionally they will be charged a $200 violation fee. **Please, to avoid any interruption of vacation time, refrain from smoking on site. If a violation occurs, we will not be able to provide a refund for any time lost.
There are community security cameras with audio recording capability located outside the condo overlooking public spaces.
