Our property offers two types of villas to suit your needs:
3-Bedroom Villas: These villas have two floors.
On the first floor, you'll find two guest rooms, each with two queen beds, along with a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area.
The second floor features a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and a cozy loft area with a TV.
2-Bedroom Villas: These are single-story villas.
The primary suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest room includes two queen-size beds, with a full bathroom located in the hallway.
For your peace of mind, the entire property is securely surrounded by a gate.
Mal Pais is a relaxed, laid back town. It is more residential and is a few minutes away from the bigger crowds in Santa Teresa. There are quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
A 4x4 is not necessary to arrive at our villas.
Guest access
Guests have access to the 4 villas and common areas on the property. Free parking on site and the property is gated. Property manager is on-site.
