* ❌ Pets are not allowed inside the unit and within the floor area in accordance with the rules and regulations of Urban Deca Homes Ortigas.
* ❌ No smoking inside the unit
* ❌ No loud parties
* ❌ No karaoke or loud
🧹𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐆𝐎 (𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐆𝐨) 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
We kindly ask all guests to observe a 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐆𝐨 (𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐆𝐎) practice during their stay. Please help us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space by properly disposing of trash, and washing any dishes or cookware used.
🔑 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭
A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000.00 is required before check-in.
Don’t worry, this will be returned after check-out once we confirm that no items are missing or damaged and that house rules were observed.

* Paid parking is available upon request and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance, subject to slot availability.
* Free guest parking is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM for up to 3 hours only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
