Other things to note
> Minimum Age: Guests must be 18+ to book.
> Security Deposit: A ₱1,000 deposit is required and will be refunded after check-out, once the unit is inspected for damages or missing items. (Should be sent on or before arrival via gcash or bank transfer)
> No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations due to unforeseen events like storms.
> No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
A ₱5,000 fine applies if there is evidence of smoking inside or on the balcony.
> Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No loud music or noise that may disturb neighbors. Strictly enforced.
> Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed inside the unit at any time.
Security Cameras: Cameras are installed outside the unit for guest safety.
> ID Requirement: All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
> Entry details will not be sent until IDs are received.
>Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available when possible, for a fee. Pricing depends on the time requested.
> Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
> No Pets: Pets are not allowed, including service animals.
> No Candles: Open flames are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
> Liability Waiver: The host, property owner, and property manager (Voyage Vista) are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises, including in the swimming pool. By booking, guests assume all risks.
