Experience a 22m² loft: an immersion in architecture, decoration and design in the heart of Flamengo, Rio. It is 3 km from Santos Dumont Airport and 280 m from the Largo do Machado subway (exit B), as well as being close to tourist spots such as Sugarloaf Mountain. Make yourself at home: sofa bed with articulated bed, suspended bed, TV with series and movies, automated lights with Alexa, coffee corner, kitchen, washing machine, home office and bathroom.

The space
Our Flat #kaiserdicas® was designed as a complete experience of comfort, practicality and style, with a design that values every inch of the space.

Fully furnished, it has Consul 18,000 BTUs split inverter air conditioning (cold) with automation via Alexa, as well as automated lighting to create different “climates” in the loft. The smart TV offers access to series and movie apps, and the Wi-Fi serves remote work and everyday use well.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday use: cooktop, air fryer, electric kettle, coffee maker and utensils. There is also a washing machine, home office area and a numeric electronic lock for a safe and practical check-in.

The location is one of the highlights: safe area, quiet and flat street, with easy walking. You will be just minutes from two subway stations (Largo do Machado and Flamengo), as well as several bus lines, markets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The area is also excellent for sightseeing: you can easily reach Flamengo Beach, Aterro do Flamengo (beautiful view of Guanabara Bay), Guanabara Palace, Guinle Park, Oi Futuro Cultural Center, as well as classic spots such as Morro da Urca and Sugarloaf Mountain.

Other things to note
This loft is compact, functional and very well planned, with a "homey feel," ideal for up to 2 people (it can accommodate more, as configured in your reservation). The double bed is suspended and the sofa has an articulated bed, bringing flexibility within the space's proposal. For stays of more than 2 guests, we provide bedding for use on the sofa bed.

To avoid any noise of expectation, I reinforce some essential points of the House Rules:

• Hours: check-in from 3 p.m. (until 11 p.m.) and check-out until 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out only upon availability and at a rate of 50% of the daily rate of the corresponding day. Staying after 11 a.m. without prior authorization implies a fine of R$200 per hour (or fraction thereof), as this time is indispensable for cleaning and preparing for the next guest.

• Concierge: there is a 24-hour concierge, but the service is in Portuguese. In addition, it is not possible to store luggage at the front desk, as the building does not offer this service.

• Guests and prices: The reservation price is calculated according to the number of guests informed at the time of booking. It is not possible to add an extra guest after check-in, nor to “split” extra guest days — any adjustment must be made before check-in, directly in the reservation, to adjust amounts and registration.

• Family building: we do not allow visitors/guests during the stay. Parties/events, pets and smoking (including at the window) are also prohibited.

• Communication and security: All support is provided through Airbnb chat, which is the official and safest channel for hosts and guests.

• Conscious use: when leaving, we ask that you turn off the air conditioning and lights and avoid leaving windows open with the air on.
