This amazing apartment in Northbeach is ideal for both a romantic getaway and an unforgettable family trip.
After you park your car in the covered garage, take the elevator to the fourth floor.
Enter the key that we will send you in the electronic lock, enter your vacation home and let yourself be dazzled by the open sea view enjoyed from both environments.
The living room is very spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa bed, mouse table, a rack with smart TV and Google Chromecast to watch your favorite series and a table with 6 chairs.
The silent air conditioning equipment installed in each room and the radiators ensure the ideal temperature throughout the year.
This space integrates into a dreamy kitchen with a large marble island, a hob and a built-in oven. It's equipped with everything you could need. Even cooking and washing dishes is enjoyed, doing it with ocean views!
The tap water can be drunk without problems. It is practically mineral, extracted from a napa 26 m deep.
The sofa bed was custom built with 2 comfortable single beds. It is very practical and easy to put together at bedtime.
Another extra bed can be taken from below and raised to the same height as the others.
In the drawer under the other bed you will find blankets, and inside the armrests the pillows are kept.
Guests who sleep here can keep their belongings in the drawers in the rack.
All windows have black out curtains and curtains, to ensure the best rest when the sun goes out. The living room also has a mosquito net.
The spacious bedroom features a rattan ceiling fan and a super comfortable queen sommier. You're going to feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud…
On both sides there are reading lamps so you can keep going with your book in bed.
If you need to work remotely, you have a desk with good light and 600 Mbps Wi-Fi to always be well connected to the office (and to watch streamings on the living room TV;-)
Adjacent to the bedroom is a dressing room with a front bathroom.
On the wall above the travertine marble vanitory there is a hair dryer always available.
The bathroom is compartmentalized for more practicality. The shower has very good pressure and temperature, and the electric towel rack heats the room and dries the towels.
The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning in each room, 3 electric radiators, and the double glazing of the large windows also allows you to enjoy winter days on the coast.
For the gray days you will find board games, and for the suns, beach games.
The spacious balcony has electric grill and an outdoor living room set to sit and enjoy all meals, or just admire the scenery. The secure glazed rail allows you to fully contemplate the 180º sea view, an ever-changing natural landscape that is impossible to tire of looking.
Sweeping in the big hammock for two - only or accompanied- tea will make you forget the world.
Watching the moon rise from the sea with an incredibly starry sky, and watching the sunrise from the balcony (or even from the bed!) are experiences you won't forget.
In the morning, walk 100 meters to the beach and enjoy free of charge the lounge chairs that await you under the many palapas.
There is also lifeguard service in summer.
There are security guards always present and do not allow the circulation of vehicles by the beach in summer, so that nothing disturbs your tranquility and rest.
In the summer and on weekends, the inn and its small snack bar are at your service.
Facing the ocean, to the right is Costa Esmeralda, with more restaurants where you can eat and enjoy the company of people and the bustle of the area.
Towards the left there is no more than virgin marsans, seagulls and pure nature. I felt only the sound of the waves and in the midst of so much peace, I hear your own thoughts again...
Choose which side to take a hike, depending on your mood.
Enjoy the incredible pools, with palapas and ample solarium with sun loungers in the summer.
On cooler days, you can use the heated indoor pool in the sports area, which is within walking distance, at no charge. There is also a full gym at your disposal, tennis courts, paddle, basketball, football and rugby.
If you are interested in golf, there is an excellent 9-hole course waiting for you to play for free.
If the day is not for the beach, venture out to a hike in the woods, or drive for a picnic on the shore of one of the lagoons. If you look carefully in the trees you could see hares and small foxes that still inhabit the property.
By car you arrive in 2 minutes to Costa Esmeralda, where you can enjoy restaurants and shop at its mall.
5 minutes by the route you reach the Dunas marshlands, in 15 minutes to the center of Pinamar and in 25, in Cariló. Beyond you can visit the spas of Villa Gesell (35 minutes) and Mar de las Pampas (40 minutes).
There is no shortage of options for strolling on your vacation!
And when you've filled your day with fun experiences, I recharge back to your quiet oceanfront home.
You will find the calm you need, and at the end of your vacation you will be able to resume your daily life totally renovated.

During your stay you will have access to:

Other things to note
The Northbeach shopping mall is currently under development. There is a small grocery store in the neighborhood, but for more variety, we recommend you do your shopping before you get there.
You can stock up in Pinamar (Disco, Carrefour, San José, Toledo, among others) or at the convenience stores in Costa Esmeralda (for its southern access). It is also possible to receive orders from Coto Digital.
For your convenience, we recommend having your own vehicle. Otherwise, you would need to hire a taxi or a private shuttle service.
