An archipelago idyll on a lake plot in Norrsunda on wonderful Runmarö. 50 minutes by bus from Stockholm to Stavsnäs and then 10 minutes by boat to own dock or by Waxholmsbolaget to Styrsvik (1300 m).
The space
The house has three bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Modern fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Lovely lake view to the west from living room, veranda and sun deck. Nice outdoor furniture and Weber grill. Breakfast corner on the terrace to the east. One of the bedrooms is well-sized with 2x105 cm beds, two smaller bedrooms with 2x80 cm and 1x120 cm beds.
The house is 750 meters from the beach, has a sunny, wind-protected location with nice views, fantastic evening sun and sunsets over the fjord.
Guest access
At the private newly built jetty, there is access to a sun deck, sailing yachts (Optimists & Tvåkrona), rowing boats and kayaks for excursions in adjacent bays and archipelagos, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles for adults.
In close proximity, there is a bakery (650m), tavern (750m) and well-stocked country shop (1000m), tennis court (2200m). Runmarö offers a rich plant and animal life, many lakes, nice village roads for excursions on foot or bicycle. Some summer weeks there is a sailing school & tennis school.
If anyone needs to commute from the city, that's fine because of frequent trips with the Waxholm company morning and evening. The same Waxholm boat also takes you to Sandhamn in 1 hour.
