Nordic Spa Cottage is a 4 season nostalgic getaway located 45 minutes from Downtown Ottawa and only 15 minutes from the historic town of Almonte.

The property offers you a lakeside private thermal Scandinavian spa circuit. The forested yard is equipped with matching cedar hot tub and sauna with an outdoor fire-pit enhancing the ambiance offering a truly restorative experience.

Thoughtfully decorated for those who appreciate a nod to the 1970s era while offering modern amenities.

The space
This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children as there are multiple flights of stairs and safety risks.

There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining nook and two full sized living-rooms ensuring your fullest comfort.

50% of these rooms have a direct or indirect view of the lake.

Guest access
You will be given a code so you are able to independently check-in and out. Should there be an issue with the property, the property manager lives 12 minutes away and can be available by DM or phone (if it’s an emergency)

Other Important Details We Like To Highlight

1. We recommend guests pack their own robe and easy slip-on shoe for their hot tub and sauna experience.

2. Our Indoor Fireplace Is Ornamental Only (non operational) instead we welcome guests to enjoy the outdoor fire-pit experience for which we supply complimentary firewood.

3. The sauna accommodates 4 guests at a time, and our hot tub accommodates 2 at a time which matches our max numbers of six guests. The concept is that guests will switch in and out with one another.
