Security Deposit
1) We require a security deposit of 2,000 upon check in of guests. This may be given in cash or through GCash. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check out provided that the keys are returned to the staff and there's no missing/broken items in the property.
a) Use your own house slippers to keep the tiny house flooring dry and dust free
b) Save energy, turn off the aircon when outside of tiny house
c) PS4 - please handle the game disks and machine carefully. Any damage (such as scratches or mechanical damage or loss) to disks or the machine will be charged P 1000.
d) Shared Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi
open - 8am to 10 pm
- No cotton attire please
- breakable glasses near the pool and jacuzzi area is strictly prohibited.
- do not leave kids unattended especially when at the pool
- There is no lifeguard
e) We hold the guardians of minors and kids responsible for their safety at all times during their stay at the resort
g) Kitchen
- open 24 hours
- each household is allowed to use one burner only
- wash dishes, pots, utensils and other kitchen wares after use, wipe kitchen walls, keep the kitchen tidy please.
h) Barbecue Station
- bring your charcoal. Samgyup grill on request for P300 fee
- Clean the grill after use.
i) No smoking/vaping in the tiny house especially in CR.
j) Keep your valuables like jewelry, cash, celfon safe. We will not be responsible for any losses.
k) There is a corresponding charge for any damage at the Resort property and all its accessories like furniture, displays, stuff toys, etc.
l) Curfew is from 10pm to 4am.
Please keep the noise down after 9pm.
m) Throw garbage in the bin.
Do not pick flowers and other plants. Leave them and see how they have grown on your next visit!!
*Indicate accurate guest count for accurate pricing. Base rate is for 2-4 guests and will increase by P600/additional guest.
*Additional P2000 for prenup - includes 8 non-staying guests (hmua, videographer, photographer, visitors). They may stay until 4PM only.
*Fresh linen and toilet tissue will be provided. TOWELS AND TOILETRIES ALSO.
*Drinking water, dishwashing liquid, ice and charcoal are NOT provided.
*Blankets will be provided. These may be THIN and small. I suggest you bring your own.
*Lost keys will be charged P2000.
*Follow Tagaytay ordinance of 10PM Quiet Time. No loud parties, music, shouting and rowdy behavior.
*No Smoking inside the casa nor the balcony. You may do so in the garage.
*NO VISITORS please.
*My staffs are there to assist you during your stay but they are not your personal butler or servant. They will also give you the privacy you needed. Please treat them with respect.
*The staff will inspect the room for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed.
*Guards/Barangay officials roam around to maintain peace and order. Please treat them with respect.
*NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not Sign Out as we will not provide you the Password for logging in again.
*Please return the Card and Board games in their proper boxes after use.
*Secure your belongings and cars at all times. Keep doors, windows and cars locked. Safety and security are everybody’s responsibility.
* Please don't leave valuables around. We are not responsible for the loss of your valuables.
Alteration:
1. Any rescheduling 7 days before date of booking will no longer be honored.
2. Any approved rescheduling will be subject to P1000 alteration fee.
Heated Jacauzzi is P 400 for 90 Minutes on special request.
