This is a privately owned two bedroom, one bathroom apartment situated within a fantastic family-friendly resort set on two acres of tropical grounds, just a short stroll from the ever popular Hastings Street, Noosa main beach, trendy Noosa Junction, the Noosa National Park and its idyllic beaches.

Enjoy stunning sunsets from the large balcony overlooking the main swimming pool and across to the hinterland - with some water glimpses. This light, bright and spacious apartment is situated on the quiet side of the resort (not on the main road) with the elevation ensuring cooling breezes for alfresco dining.

Generously proportioned and stylishly decorated, the fully tiled open plan living opens onto the balcony while a well-equipped kitchen adjoins the 6-seater dining space. The master bedroom features built in robes and a large rear balcony that gets the morning sun - perfect for a parent's escape or reading a book, and the second bedroom is set with twin king single beds.

You also have the benefit of your own laundry room with storage, washing machine and dryer, and ironing facilities.

It’s an ideal space for 4, but if booking for an additional infant, please note that a portacot is provided along with many other child-friendly features - even a beach trolley.

Conveniently located on the Sunshine Coast just minutes from Hastings Street, Noosa’s Main Beach and Noosa National Park, you'll have full use of the resort's extensive facilities, plus free secure underground parking.

Enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants or cafes, sit around one of the sun drenched lagoon pools - Main Lagoon Pool (heated year round) & garden pool, relax under the palms with a good book and a beer, or enjoy the communal BBQ facilities, sauna, steam room or one of three spas. And if you have the time or inclination, stop in for a quick workout in the fully equipped, air-conditioned gymnasium.

From here, your holiday options are endless. Check out the cosmopolitan café and boutique society of Hastings Street just an 800m walk away, dine at one of the many cafes or restaurants along Noosaville’s Gympie Terrace or enjoy an ale at the newly refurbished Noosa Reef Hotel. Not only is Hastings street just a few minutes walk, but the apartment is also an easy 5 minutes walk to the trendy, up and coming Noosa Junction where you will find a great choice of shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift, so it is not suitable for those with mobility impairments.

As a courtesy, we ask all guests to please take your rubbish to the bins prior to departure, leave all dishes either clean or stacked in the dishwasher and turned on. Please also switch off all lights and aircon and leave doors and windows closed and locked when not in the apartment.

Please note that linen hire and beach towels are included in the cleaning fee component.
Portacot, stroller and high chair are available at no charge in the wardrobe of second bedroom.

Noosa is surrounded by stunning beaches, lakes, national parks and the lush hinterland of Noosa National Park. If you are looking for adventure, there’s plenty to do. Learn to surf or try stand-up paddleboarding; sail the beautiful waters of Laguna Bay; kayak in the Noosa Everglades; join a sunset cruise aboard the Noosa ferry or go swimming with humpback whales (June-October). The area is also becoming renowned for its fantastic mountain biking tracks.

Eumundi markets are a fabulous way to while away a Wednesday or Saturday morning, set in a quaint town, there are some lovely shops and pubs to explore afterwards.

For those wanting a more relaxed experience, Noosa is home to superb day spas, world-class golf courses, stylish shopping and delicious cuisine.

If you're looking to venture a bit further afield, there are plenty of day trip options available from Noosa. Take a scenic drive up to the hinterland towns of Maleny & Montville for some stunning views and delicious local produce, or head south to visit Aussie World theme park or the famous Australia Zoo, home of the late Steve Irwin.

Noosa is located 90 minutes drive north of Brisbane. The closest airport to Noosa is the Sunshine Coast Airport which has multiple daily flights from most major Australian capital cities. Noosa lies roughly 35 minutes drive north of the airport.
