A perfect place to enjoy nature, peace, sun and sea! With your own private garden, a terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal and a patio under pine trees to enjoy a book or sunbathe. Sea is only 5 min away by car/bicycle and 15 min walk.

The space
We worked on this small piece of heaven for 10 years and invested a lot of time and love into it. We will continue working on it!

Sea is only 5 min away by car/bicycle and 15 min walk.

This tiny home has 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple (but the third bed can be used as storage). But for optimum comfort, we suggest 4 people.

The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, mini-freezer, stove kettle, french coffee press, pots and pans, as well as cutlery, cups and mugs.

Guest access
While pretty basic and sustainable, it does offer some modern commodities! There is A/C and a 4G wifi router! (50G per month included, the router shows the usage)

Outside, there is a patio below the pine trees, with a child swing. Perfect for a coffee break, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a shaded terrace with a picnic bench and swinging chair.

We have a barbecue, outdoor solar shower and parking space.
Also, we are offering you to rent our car to getting around.

There's also a shed to store any larger items.

With a unique place, comes unique responsibility!

We will need you to be economic and reasonable with electricity usage. All the details will be provided in the manual.
We will show you how to turn on the power generator.

If you're coming with a pet, please don't let them inside the rooms, on beds, or to dig/poop/pee in the fruit and veg garden. Thank you!

Also, keep in mind the house is surrounded by nature, so expect mosquitoes, bugs, butterflies, lizards, spiders, moths, crickets and even hedgehogs! We provide anti-mosquito tablets and sprays and there are nets on the windows.

Neighborhood highlights

Mirca is a small and peaceful village 3 km by car/bus from the biggest town and port on Brac Island, Supetar.

In the past, the village was a place of olive and grape farmers and fishermen. Today, some families still keep the tradition alive, but many have turned to hospitality industry, by managing private holiday rentals.

There's a cafe/beach bar Mari-Lu, 2 taverns (Konoba Mate by the beach and Konoba Kotal above the church) and a mini-market 'Studenac' . For everything else, there is Supetar (I have made a map/guidebook with shops and others places in Supetar).

The local (pebbled) beach is clean and safe. At that same beach, there are moors so if you rent a boat, you can keep it there. Caffe bar Mari-Lu at the beach can also arrange bicycle rentals. Go to 'Guidebook' to see other rental companies, shops, banks etc. in Supetar.

In the nearby town called Sutivan, there is a lovely mini nature's park and a petting zoo. Great for a picnic with kids.

Other activities available:
- In Supetar: diving school, swimming pool, wellness, tennis courts, boat and scooter rentals
- Day trip to Bol, Postira or a hike to Vidova Gora
- Visit to old Monastery, built in the mountain, called Dolina Blaca
- Visits to old stone quarries (Brac stone is regarded as one of the best quality as was used to build Diocletian's Palace and a part of the White House in D.C.
- Following olive paths and olive oil tasting
- Cycling

We are Tamara and Ani, daughter and mother. Tamara is the one in charge of technical side (the listing, communication, payments and other arrangements) but Ani is going to be your hostess. ANI (as a Host) Ani is the one who is going to greet you when you arrive and give you any information you might need. Very friendly and chatty, she enjoys company of new people but respects their privacy and makes sure they feel comfortable at our place. TAMARA (As a Guest) I love meeting new people, learning from their experiences and soaking in their wisdom. When I hear about something new, I want to know more. My granny would say for me: "You'd go anywhere, just so your bum can see some road" And that is so true! One of my dreams is to travel around the world! NOTE: You will notice I have different listings under my name, but I am not a host for all of them. I am listing rooms and apartments for my friends and acquaintances who don't speak English well enough or can't use computers, and act as an intermediary and a contact person.
