🚫 Permanent stains on towels and sheets: Please be very careful with the towels and sheets provided. If there are serious stains, a fee of R$50.00 per towel and R$200.00 per set of sheets will be charged. Makeup foundation stains with sunscreen, sunscreen, hair dye, wine, and blood are difficult to remove.
#Avoid taking the white and gray towels to the beach.

⚠️ Important: If after check-out, the house is left very dirty, an extra fee of R$200.00 will be charged for additional cleaning. E.g.: Food thrown around the house, bottles, not collecting garbage and not washing dishes will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

🚶‍♂️ Visitors: We do not accept visitors from people not registered in the reservation. If this is disrespected, a fine of R$200 per day will be charged for each additional person (children and adults). Maximum of 4 guests total.

Object ⚠️ care: The house contains delicate objects. If any items are damaged, repair or replacement will be charged.
