Refurbished in 2021, Ty'r Felin is a modern three-bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

It boasts a log burner and a six seater hot tub. There is an ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a sweeping garden with a patio with beach views.

Situated in the breath-taking Pembrokeshire National Park, Ty’r Felin is moments from the beach and coastal path.

There is also a pub/cafe between us and the beach.

The space
INSIDE TY’R FELIN
70 meters from the beach, this modern bungalow sleeps up to six people in three cosy rooms. Two bedrooms have king size beds. The third has a bunk bed with a single bed on top, and a double bed on the bottom. The master bedroom has a small shower ensuite. There is a separate WC and a large family bathroom with a deep soak bath on one side, and walk in rainfall shower on the other. It's perfect for families, couples or friends to spend time together and relax in the wilds of Pembrokeshire.

High ceilings and big windows help the living area feel light and airy. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and coffee pod machine. The living area has a six seat dining table and comfy seats around the log burner or looking out at the view.

There are slate floors and underfloor heating throughout. There is space in the entrance hall for coats, muddy walking boots, wellies, buckets and spades, surfboards...

OUTSIDE TY’R FELIN
A bifold door opens from the living area straight onto the patio and grassy area outside. There are tables and chairs for alfresco dining or for simply just enjoying your morning coffee while listening to the waves. From the patio you can access the hot tub, barbeque/firepit and look out on the beach to see if the tide has come in. The lawn provides plenty of space to enjoy games, sunbathe, drink in the spectacular sunsets, or marvel at the number of stars you can see here with the naked eye.

The BBQ is charcoal, the firepit is wood burning.

There is a warm outside shower and tap. Now you can rinse off the salt and sand after a wild swim or gnarly surf, before jumping into the hot tub. Or just for the novelty of a warm outside shower as our recent guests did. It's fantastic for kids (of any age!), or maybe your dogs love the water and you want to rinse off any mud and sand before they come into the house.

EXTRA INFO
The entrance gate and start of the drive is shared with one other holiday property which we also manage. Please message if you are interested in renting both out together. It is the Mill House in Nolton Haven.

Private off-street parking for multiple cars.

Smoke free, pet and family friendly with free Wi-Fi throughout.

Each guest is provided with a set of fluffy towels, including hot tub towels. Hand towels and tea towels are also provided along with washing up essentials, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry facilities are included - washer drier, airers, iron and ironing board.

A starter amount of wood, paper, kindling and matches for the wood burner are also included.

Young family friendly - travel cots, highchairs and 'tall' chairs are available on request. Stair gates and fire guard available and can also be fitted in advance on request. Bedrooms can accommodate travel cots but check with us prior to arrival as furniture needs to be rearranged to create the space.

Dog friendly – Well behaved dogs are more than welcome but please let us know if there will be more than two. There is a £10 total charge for pets. We ask that they don’t go on beds or soft furnishings out of consideration for our other guests. Stair gates and fire guard available and can be fitted in advance upon request. Be warned that there are some fearless rabbits which live locally and often nibble at the grass, and the garden is not enclosed.

Lots of well thought out extras can be found - rainy day games, books, local maps, beach boules, bodyboards, buckets and different sized spades available.

We also provide a small amount of cooking oil, salt, pepper and mixed herbs to start you off and help reduce wastage.

To help limit our impact on the environment we are considering our everyday choices. It’s a work in progress. Here are some of the small changes we have made to date:

Where we can we provide locally sourced products
- Refillable glass milk bottle.
- Fairtrade biodegradable teabags.
- The wood provided for the log burners is sustainably sourced from a local supplier.
- Tasty treats found in the welcome basket are as locally sourced as possible, with most coming from Pembrokeshire based producers.

We use sustainably sourced toilet roll from an ethical provider. There is no plastic packaging and they donate a percentage of their profits to help build toilets for those in need.

Wales is hoping to become a zero-waste nation by 2050, and we wish to support this. We would appreciate it if you can help us by recycling as much as possible in the clearly labelled bins provided.

Refills for: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing up liquid, laundry powder and cooking oil.

Reusable cleaning cloths for our guests and staff.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and garden but the drive has shared access to another holiday let which we also manage.

Other things to note
Feel free to contact us and we will let you know if an early check in or late check out are possible pending on availability.

Please be aware of our neighbours in the village and avoid making excess noise after hours.

We are very happy to have your four legged friends stay. Please let us know if there will be more than two. Do let us know so that we can put out their welcome basket! They need to be well behaved and we ask that they don’t go on beds or soft furnishings out of consideration for our other guests, who may have allergies. There is an outside tap with a hose for washing them down after a dip in the stream or splash in the waves... The garden isn't enclosed and there are rabbits around the garden who live in the nearby banks. There is a £10 total charge for pets.

The drive is private but has shared access with one other holiday home (Nolton Haven Mill-The Mill House) which we also manage. Please message if you are interested in renting both out together. Together, they can sleep up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms.

There is fast EV charging in the local car park, and slightly further away, the Texaco garage at Ridgeway Haverfordwest has four 150kW and one 300kW Ulta Rapid power chargers. These are the fastest and safest ways to charge your e-cars.

Neighborhood highlights

Nolton Haven is a small hamlet next to the beach on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

The beach is dog friendly year round, clean, shallow and has lifeguards everyday during the summer school holidays. It is surrounded by two headlands which can provide shelter from the wind, or the promise of small caves to explore. There is a stream to dam or paddle in, rock pools to hunt for crabs and sea anemones. Enough space for paddle boarders, kayaks, canoes and swimmers.

There is a pub next door and an excellent farm shop at the other end of the village.

Solva, Roch and Broadhaven are only a short distance away and all have local shops with basic essentials. Nolton Cross Farm shop has recently opened with fresh, locally sourced produce.

Nolton Haven is also situated close to Haverfordwest for grocery shopping, and its central location makes it a good base for other attractions
