Nixa is known as the “Crossroads of the Ozarks,” ideally located between Springfield and Branson, making it an unbeatable home base for exploring the region.
Just minutes away, you’ll find local coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in Nixa and nearby Springfield—a vibrant city with everything from dining and nightlife to major attractions like Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife.
Within about 35–40 minutes, you can be in Branson, one of the Midwest’s most popular vacation destinations, known for its live entertainment, family attractions, and scenic lakes in the Ozark Mountains. Spend the day enjoying shows, theme parks like Silver Dollar City, or relaxing by Table Rock Lake—then return home to peace and quiet away from the crowds.
Back at the house, you’ll have everything you need to relax and recharge:

There are 5 parking spaces leaving plenty of room for the crew or if you are pulling a boat.
We have a grill in the back porch and plenty of fire wood if you'd like to roast hot dogs in the backyard!
Screened in porch, fire pit, and barbecue grill! 1 Pack n play available for your little's and toys!
Other things to note
Please note: the two garages are locked and not available to guests, as they are used for secure storage.
Pets: We allow up to 2 dogs. No Cats due to owner allergies.
Cameras: We have 2 external devices on the property, one at the front porch and one at the back patio.
Lawncare: To keep the property looking its best, we use a professional lawn care service. Their schedule varies and is based on weather and routing, so they may arrive during your stay without advance notice. If this happens, they will only be working outside on the property and will not need access to the home. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the grounds for all of our guests.

I'm a blue collar guy stuck in a white collar world so I fun it up so everyone has a good time! I grew up on a Kansas farm milking cows, driving tractors and combines, fixing fence and even sheared a sheep or two. It wasn't always fun but I learned the value of hard work! Now I work in an office all day but I get to help people have a better life. It's immensely rewarding but I still love to get my hands dirty whenever I get the chance!
