Nistaben is a peaceful newly renovated traditional Orkney house with direct private access to its own beach with panoramic views of the island and seascape. Upon request our luxury hot tub sanctuary can be booked. Nistaben is within easy walking distance of the pier, airport, shop, archaeological and historical sites, RSPB North Hill Nature Reserve, local amenities and The Hot Tub Sanctuary.

The house has unlimited free fibre broad band. Nistaben is fully equipped with all new modern appliances providing a comfortable and homely experience.
The Hot Tub Sanctuary is a 5 minute walk from Nistaben, and provides the necessary facilities for enjoying the hot tub with stunning views of Bothican bay and sea vista.
