With a maximum capacity of 12 people and pets allowed, you can enjoy the same time and space together with multiple families, groups of friends, and your beloved pets thanks to the universal design.
It is in a great location 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 7 minutes on foot to the beach, and 6 minutes on foot to a convenience store.
The building is a 2LDK single-story house, and it is designed with consideration for differences in level, height, and passage width, so you can use it with peace of mind.The spacious living and dining room with a high ceiling where everyone can gather easily, and the open feeling of the garden view that connects the indoors and outdoors are attractive.There is also a large screen TV with unlimited Netflix and card games.It is a high-quality and extraordinary space with attention to detail.
Outside, you can enjoy a covered BBQ space and a campfire while looking out at the palm trees and large garden.The wooden deck that connects to the interior is the best space to relax while feeling the outside air, and you can also observe the starry sky at night.In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, making it a private dog run.

The living room and dining room are characterized by a sense of openness and natural light from the spacious windows.You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the big TV.
We also have card games and Jenga, so you can have fun with a large group.

There are also many kitchen appliances available.You can also conveniently prepare meals next to the outdoor BBQ space.

The facility does not have a staffed manager and is operated unattended.We will contact the person who has registered the guest information in the form in advance with the key number at the entrance.

Please check in from 15:00 to 21:00 on the check-in date.
* In the unlikely event that it is after 21:00, please let me know in advance.
Please check out by 10 o'clock on the check-out date.
* Cleaning staff will be here after 10am.We will charge a penalty of 2000 yen per 30 minutes of excess time.
* We do not accept early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage to allow time for cleaning and setting up.

If you check in on a tablet, you will receive Wi-Fi information on the tablet screen and at the email address you registered.

Please smoke outside.Please be quiet after 9 pm when smoking outside.
Actions for ■consecutive nights
Towels and sheets are not changed, so please wash and use them in the washing machine.
Please keep in mind that we do not clean during your stay.
If the garbage area is full, please transfer it to the outdoor trash can for use.

■Creatures
Please note that this is a rural facility and insects may be present.We also provide bug repellent spray so please use if needed.
■In addition, please strictly adhere to the following rules
This facility is not a party venue.Please be mindful of noise so as not to disturb the neighbors.Outdoor spaces are not allowed from 21:00 to 7:00.
If the equipment is lost or damaged, please report it by message as soon as possible.If there are things that cannot be repaired or there is dirt that does not fall off due to cleaning, we will charge you for the actual cost.We will do the same if it is confirmed after checkout.If you take home the equipment, we will charge you the actual cost.
If you stay with more than the number of people booked, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person per night.(We will check the number of guests with security cameras outside the entrance)
Forgotten items can only be shipped by cash on delivery to the domestic address.In that case, we will charge you 2000 yen for the shipping fee.If you haven't heard from us after 6 months about the forgotten item, please understand that we will dispose of it without notice.
We cannot accept disposal of large garbage such as suitcases.In the unlikely event that you leave and return home, you will be charged 10,000 yen as a disposal fee.
