This is a 120 m² newly built resort villa near the sea.
With a maximum capacity of 12 people and pets allowed (large dogs are negotiable), its universal design allows multiple families, groups of friends, and beloved pets to enjoy the same time and space together.
It is in a great location, 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 7 minutes on foot to the beach, and 6 minutes on foot to the convenience store.
The building is a one-story 2LDK, and the design takes into consideration the steps, height, and passage width so that everyone can use it with peace of mind. The spacious living and dining rooms with high ceilings, where everyone can easily gather, and the sense of openness of the garden view that connects the indoors and outdoors are attractive. There is a large-screen TV with unlimited Netflix and card games. It is a high-quality, extraordinary space with a lot of attention to detail.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a sauna, a covered BBQ, and a campfire while looking out at the palm trees and the large garden. The wooden deck connected to the interior is the best space to relax while feeling the outside air, and you can also watch the starry sky at night. The entire yard is fenced and is a private dog run of about 300 m².

The living room and dining room are characterized by a sense of openness and natural light from the spacious windows.You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the big TV.
We also have card games and Jenga, so you can have fun with a large group.

There are also many kitchen appliances available.You can also conveniently prepare meals next to the outdoor BBQ space.

Other things to note
The facility does not have a resident manager and is operated unmanned. We will send the key number for the front door to those who have filled out the guest information form in advance.
■ Filling in the guest list
After you book, a guest list form will be sent to the phone number registered with Airbnb. In accordance with the provisions of the Hotel Business Law, all guests are requested to fill in the form before check-in.
If you are not a Japanese national, you will also need to upload your passport.

Please check in between 3 pm and 9 pm on the check-in date.
* In the unlikely event that you arrive after 9 pm, please let us know in advance.
Please check out by 10 am on the check-out date.
※ The cleaning staff will arrive after 10 am. We will charge a penalty of 2,000 yen for every 15 minutes over the time limit.
* Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage are not available in order to ensure time for cleaning and setup.

- About smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes.
Please smoke outside. Please be quiet when smoking outdoors after 9 pm.
■ Support during consecutive night stays
- Towels and sheets are not replaced, so please wash them in the washing machine before use.
- Please note that no cleaning will be done during your stay.
- If the trash area is full, please move the trash to the outdoor trash bin.

PLEASE NOTE
- Pouring: Please use the ladle and strictly observe the rule of one ladleful every 15 minutes. Pouring large amounts of water can lead to stove failure or electrical leakage.
- Nighttime restrictions: Use is prohibited from 9 pm to 7 am.
- About the facilities: Please note that the outdoor bath may be lukewarm in summer because there is no chiller (water cooler).
- Safety and manners: Please be sure to wear a swimsuit and lay out a mat when using the bath. Please refrain from using it after drinking alcohol. ※ The door to the sauna entrance is not wide, so it may be difficult for wheelchair users to use. We appreciate your understanding.
■ BBQ (no advance booking required, no additional fees)
Equipment: BBQ stove, tongs, grill grate, fire extinguishing pot (charcoal container), table/chairs
Guests are required to bring: ingredients, condiments, charcoal, igniters, etc.
※ There is dedicated lighting in the BBQ space so that you can use it even after sunset
※ There is a roof, so you can use the BBQ even in light rain (it may be difficult in strong winds or heavy rain)

What guests need to provide: firewood, igniters, etc.
■ Pets
Up to 2 pets are allowed.
After booking, please submit a consent form, vaccination certificate, etc. using the web form that will be provided.
If you bring a pet without prior notice, we will charge 50,000 yen for cleaning and disinfection.
Be sure to check the notes for bringing pets that are posted in the listing photo.
■ Living Things
- Please note that there may be insects as this is a facility in the countryside. Insect repellent spray is also available, so please use it as needed.
■ In addition, please strictly observe the following rules:
This facility is not a party venue. Please be mindful of noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. Use of the outdoor space is prohibited from 9 pm to 7 am the next day.
- If you find that any equipment is lost or damaged, please report it promptly by message. If there are items that cannot be repaired or stains that cannot be removed by cleaning, we will charge you the actual cost. We will do the same if it is confirmed after check-out. If you take home any supplies, we will charge you the actual cost.
- If more people stay than the number of guests booked, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person per night. (We will confirm the number of people using the security camera outside the entrance)
・ Lost items can only be shipped to a domestic address and by cash on delivery. In that case, we will charge 2,000 yen for the shipping fee. Please note that if we do not hear from you within 6 months regarding any forgotten items in storage, they will be disposed of without notice.
- We cannot dispose of large garbage such as suitcases. In the unlikely event that you leave it behind when you return home, we will charge 10,000 yen for disposal.
