Welcome to our fully remodeled 5BR home in Girard, the perfect spot for families and groups to gather and unwind. With space for up to 12 guests, modern updates throughout, and kid-friendly touches, everyone will feel at home. Relax on the new porch or back deck, or explore the nearby Mill Creek Park and Fellows Riverside Gardens. Whether you’re here to relax or discover the beauty of Northeast Ohio, this peaceful retreat is your perfect home base.

The space
This home has just been completely remodeled, and no expenses were spared in the process. Walking in the front door, you step into the warm, inviting living room that has open access to the connected kitchen. In the kitchen, there are all new stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, such as plates, cups, coffee cups, silverware, glasses, baking essentials, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen has a small dining room as an extension of the kitchen with a table that seats 4 people, and there's also an additional dining room/office that has a table that seats 6 people. On the first floor, there's a master bedroom with a double bed, dresser night stand and a closet. There's a second bedroom on the first floor that has a double bunk bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top, and also has a night stand and a closet. The first floor is finished off with a full bathroom with a new tiled shower and tub.
As you walk up the steps to the second floor, the first bedroom that you come to has a double bed, 2 night stands, a chair and a large closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a single trundle bed that pulls out from underneath the queen bed. This room also has a dresser, nightstand, 2 chairs, and a large closet. The third upstairs bedroom has a double bed, 2 nightstands, 2 chairs, a closet, and also an exterior door leading to a second floor outdoor deck with stairs leading down into the back yard. The second floor also has a full bathroom complete with a new tiled shower and tub as well.
The basement is not finished out, but has been freshly painted and has the in-house laundry available for guests use, including a washer and dryer.
The attached 2 car garage is a perfect place to hang out and relax as well. The back door of the garage leads into the large fenced-in back yard.

Guest access
The entire house is available for guests use. If you would like to use the basement for anything, you'd be more than welcome to, although it's not finished out.
