Welcome to The Hideaway, your private spa-inspired retreat nestled on 30 serene acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes. This unique 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin is perfect for groups of up to 8 seeking relaxation, nature, and a touch of luxury.

Designed for comfort, our home features a step-free first-floor layout with two bedrooms and a full bath, ideal for guests with mobility needs.
Spa Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed with a memory foam mattress.
Porch Bedroom (Main Floor): Full bed with a firmer mattress and peaceful forest views.
Loft Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with a plush mattress and a private loft balcony.
Balcony Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with a firmer mattress and direct access to an outside balcony.
Our spa-like bathrooms feature heated toilet seats with bidets. The first-floor bath includes a roll-in shower with a rainfall head, while the upstairs bath has a tub/shower combo. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom home and all its amenities. This includes the full 30 acres of wooded land, the 6-person barrel sauna, two outdoor soaking tubs, the fire pit, and multiple decks for your enjoyment. Entry is via a secure keyless lock.
Other things to note
• Accessibility: The home features step-free entry to the first floor, which includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with a roll-in shower. Please note, there are no grab bars in the bathroom. Accessing the back porch, fire pit, and spa area involves steps and uneven ground, which may require assistance for guests with mobility challenges.
• Water Source: The home uses filtered well water. It is perfectly safe for all uses but may occasionally have a faint, natural sulfur scent. You may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking.
• Soaking Tubs: The two outdoor soaking tubs are non-bubbling and available for warm relaxation or cold plunges, typically from May through October when temperatures are consistently above 40°F.
• Firewood: We do not provide firewood for the fire pit. Guests are welcome to gather fallen wood from the surrounding 30 acres or purchase it from local stores.
Pet Policy
• Dogs only – We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs per reservation.
• Pet fee – A fee per dog will be added to your booking.
• Tick awareness – We are surrounded by woods, so please check your pets daily for ticks and consider using flea/tick prevention before your stay.
• Clean-up required – Please pick up after your pets, both inside and outside. Waste bags are provided.
• Furniture – Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds. We recommend bringing a pet bed or blanket from home. • • Crating – Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house to ensure their safety and prevent damage.
• Leash policy – Although The Hideaway sits on private land, dogs must be leashed outside the immediate deck and fire pit areas.
• Damage – Excessive damage or extra cleaning due to pet accidents may result in additional charges.
• We love hosting dogs and trust our guests to be responsible pet owners.
