Located on St. Thomas Line in beautiful Paradise (just 15 minutes from MUN), this modern, open-concept space boasts brand new appliances (refrigerator/stove/microwave [host will provide complimentary laundry service]), in-floor heating, laundry/utility room, and ample parking.

The space
Bright, clean, modern, oceanfront, cozy!

Brand new appliances, cozy electric fireplace, high end linens, lots of extra blankets/towels, never lived in (4 year old home), great view, great location!

Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, basic cable television + a Roku streaming box (Netflix, etc.), and G. home.

Unlimited coffee, various teas, hot chocolate, etc. Pantry staples such as sugar, flour, oil, various spices/seasonings, etc.

Complimentary high end hand soaps, shampoo + conditioner, body wash, makeup remover, Q-tips, cotton pads, makeup sponges, etc.

Pick up from the airport can be arranged ($30 fee).

Grocery pickup/breakfast items can be provided at an additional cost.

Other things to note
The main part of the property is working farm, complete with a Newfoundland pony, goats, and chickens! For safety reasons, access to the barn area is restricted (guests must be accompanied by a resident of the property).
