This property is a historic general store built in 1866. There is electricity and water. It is currently being restored. A private bedroom is located in the back, with a full-sized bed. There is plenty of parking, if you have an RV or boat. It is a great place to see the sunset and look at the stars at night. Only 3 miles from Lake Sangchris and 15 minutes to downtown Springfield. This is very old and without modern conveniences, so price reflects that. Toilet only, no shower or bathtub.

You will receive a key for both the property and bedroom door. Both lock. The area is safe.
