This space offers a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and thoughtful layout—ideal for weekend getaways or extended visits. Enjoy convenient access to McConnell's Mill State Park, Grove City Premium Outlets, and I-79 for easy regional travel.

Welcome to our home. It is a pleasure to share our lovely home with you, and hope you have a wonderful stay. Please remember that this is not like a hotel, this is someone's home and we hope that you respect it as such.

Best suited to accommodate 4 people, but can sleep up to 6.

Enjoy the PET-FREE, bright, spacious, calm, and relaxing feel of our 1st floor space. As one with severe pet allergies, I know how hard it is to find places to stay. If you suffer from pet allergies, know that you can ease your mind with no pets either in the apartment or the apartment downstairs.

We know how hard it is to travel, especially with babies and little ones. Walk in, take a deep breath, and feel the weariness melt away. We have provided a few extra items to help make your stay more pleasant as well as WIFI to help you relax a little more.

The backyard is a shared space with our downstairs tenants as well, but feel free to enjoy the new space! Enjoy the newly renovated backyard that includes a new patio, with a fire pit and chairs, as well as outdoor games to help your group enjoy the outdoors.

There are many local stores, grocery stores, restaurants & bars, a laundromat, and gas stations all within a 3-mile radius.l

Guests will have access to a private entrance and will be given an entry code to let themselves in.

The entire 1st floor is for your enjoyment. There is off-street parking. You will be sharing the driveway with upstairs guests, so just make sure not to block them in.

Other things to note
We are located in a perfect central location, giving you the small city feel as well as rural towns and areas. This gives a wide variety of places close by to visit. Uber and taxis are more challenging to book in our area. However, we have connections to help you find a ride to where you need to go should you need it. If you let us know in advance, we can help make the travel portion of your stay easier as well.

You have the city of New Castle to explore, as well as the small quaint town of Volant, where you will find unique shops, coffee houses, and a local winery. There are also Westminster & Theil Colleges nearby. Go exploring and see the beautiful, breathtaking local nature sites to see as well.

Route 79 isn't far away. It can take you North to Erie, the Grove City Outlets, Keystone Safari, or Slippery Rock University. You can also go South to Cranberry Township, Wexford, and Pittsburgh.

Take 422 East and visit McConnell Mill, Living Treasure, Moraine State Park, and Butler, or 422 West, and head towards Hermitage & Rt 80 as well as Boardman Ohio.

Also, head north to Mercer County and check out some amazing restaurants and activities as well.

There is so much to do that I can not possibly name them all. The best part is that this is all within a 15-50 minute drive. If you are looking for recommendations on something specific, ask, and we will gladly share.
